Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with Pegboard. If you're not happy with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of initial purchase
• For subscription renewals, refunds may be issued at our discretion if requested within 7 days of renewal
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Unused credits or generations are not refundable after the refund period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at pegboardvarick@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge or service issue, please contact us immediately at pegboardvarick@gmail.com. We're committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within 3-5 business days.

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please give us the opportunity to address your concern directly. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

Cancelation Policy

Subscription Cancelation

You may cancel your Pegboard subscription at any time. Here's what to know:

• You can cancel your subscription directly from the iOS app settings or by contacting support
• Cancelations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period (except during the refund window)
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time after cancelation
• Project data is retained for 90 days after cancelation, after which it may be deleted

How to Cancel

1. Open the Pegboard app on your iOS device
2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us at pegboardvarick@gmail.com. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the loss of all projects and data. Active subscriptions must be canceled before account deletion.

Payment Terms

Pegboard offers both subscriptions and credit packs. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan), while credit packs are one-time purchases and are not recurring. Payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store payment system or Stripe for web purchases.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in suspension of service until resolved

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Pegboard stores your workflow graphs and generated content securely:

• Projects are stored locally on your device with optional cloud backup
• We only collect data necessary to provide our services
• Your creative work and prompts are never shared with third parties
• API keys and credentials are stored securely in iOS Keychain
• We use standard security practices to protect your data

Service Terms

Acceptable Use

When using Pegboard, you agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Not resell or redistribute generated content in violation of AI model terms
• Not abuse the service through automation, excessive API calls, or system manipulation

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss, though we take reasonable measures to prevent such issues.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using Pegboard, subject to the terms of service of the underlying AI models. We do not claim ownership of your prompts, workflows, or generated outputs.

Limitation of Liability

Pegboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content for your purposes
• Third-party AI service outages, errors, or policy changes
• Loss of data due to device issues, user error, or service disruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
