- Device Information: We collect information about your iOS device, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Subscription Information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect information about your subscription plan, purchase history, and transaction details through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
- Log Data: We automatically collect log information when you use the App, including IP address, access times, app crashes, and performance metrics.

- Apple Sign In: We receive your name and email address (or private relay email) from Apple when you authenticate.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and receive subscription status, purchase receipts, and entitlement information.
- AI Service Providers: When you generate images or videos, your prompts are sent to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Stability AI, or video generation services). These providers may collect and process your prompts according to their own privacy policies.

- Secure Credentials: Authentication tokens and API keys are stored securely in the iOS Keychain.
5.2 How We Protect Your Data
- All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
- Passwords are never stored; we use secure token-based authentication
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We implement industry-standard security practices and regular security audits
- Generated content URLs use time-limited signed access tokens
5.3 Data Retention
- Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.
- Projects and Workflows: Your project data is retained indefinitely unless you delete it or request account deletion.
- Generated Content: Generated images and videos are retained for 90 days, after which they may be deleted to manage storage costs.
- After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your project data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.
- Logs and Analytics: Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Update Your Information
You can access and update your account information directly within the App's Settings screen. You can view your subscription status, credit balance, and account details.
6.2 Delete Your Data
- Delete Projects: You can delete individual projects directly in the App.
- Delete Account: To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at pegboardvarick@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
6.3 Export Your Data
You can export your workflow projects at any time. If you would like a complete export of all your data, please contact us at pegboardvarick@gmail.com.
6.4 Opt-Out of Communications
You can opt out of non-essential communications by adjusting your notification settings in the App or by contacting us. Please note that we will still send you essential service-related communications.
