We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

By using Pegboard, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you create an account using Apple Sign In, we collect your name and email address provided by Apple.
• User Content: We store the workflow graphs, text prompts, and project data you create within the App. This includes node configurations, connections, and any text or settings you input.
• Generated Content: Images and videos generated through the App are stored temporarily on our servers and may be cached on your device.
• Support Communications: If you contact our support team, we collect the information you provide in your communications with us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, workflows created, and execution history.
• Device Information: We collect information about your iOS device, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Subscription Information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect information about your subscription plan, purchase history, and transaction details through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.
• Log Data: We automatically collect log information when you use the App, including IP address, access times, app crashes, and performance metrics.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Apple Sign In: We receive your name and email address (or private relay email) from Apple when you authenticate.
• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and receive subscription status, purchase receipts, and entitlement information.
• AI Service Providers: When you generate images or videos, your prompts are sent to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Stability AI, or video generation services). These providers may collect and process your prompts according to their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Store and sync your projects across devices
• Deliver generated images and videos to you

• Cloud Storage: We use Supabase to store your account data, projects, and workflow information.
• Payment Processing: We use Apple's App Store and RevenueCat to process subscription payments.
• AI Services: Your prompts and input data are sent to third-party AI service providers to generate images and videos.
• Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand app usage and improve our services.

4.2 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to:

• Valid legal processes such as subpoenas or court orders
• Government or regulatory requests
• Investigation of potential violations of our Terms of Use
• Protection of our legal rights and safety

4.3 Business Transfers

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 Where We Store Your Data

• Local Storage: Your projects and workflow data are stored locally on your iOS device.
• Cloud Storage: We use Supabase (hosted on secure cloud infrastructure) to store your account information, project backups, and generated content.
• Secure Credentials: Authentication tokens and API keys are stored securely in the iOS Keychain.

5.2 How We Protect Your Data

• All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Passwords are never stored; we use secure token-based authentication
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We implement industry-standard security practices and regular security audits
• Generated content URLs use time-limited signed access tokens

5.3 Data Retention

• Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.
• Projects and Workflows: Your project data is retained indefinitely unless you delete it or request account deletion.
• Generated Content: Generated images and videos are retained for 90 days, after which they may be deleted to manage storage costs.
• After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your project data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.
• Logs and Analytics: Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Update Your Information

You can access and update your account information directly within the App's Settings screen. You can view your subscription status, credit balance, and account details.

6.2 Delete Your Data

• Delete Projects: You can delete individual projects directly in the App.
• Delete Account: To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at pegboardvarick@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

6.3 Export Your Data

You can export your workflow projects at any time. If you would like a complete export of all your data, please contact us at pegboardvarick@gmail.com.

6.4 Opt-Out of Communications

You can opt out of non-essential communications by adjusting your notification settings in the App or by contacting us. Please note that we will still send you essential service-related communications.

6.5 Your Legal Rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights including:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to request deletion of your data
• Right to restrict or object to processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw consent
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Pegboard is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using Pegboard, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

9.1 AI Service Providers

When you generate images or videos, your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers. These providers have their own privacy policies:

• OpenAI (DALL-E, Sora) - Privacy Policy
• Stability AI (Stable Diffusion) - Privacy Policy
• Other video generation services as specified in the App

9.2 Apple Services

• Apple Sign In: Apple Privacy Policy
• App Store Subscriptions: Managed by Apple's payment systems

9.3 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
